01. Information we collect
When you use our services, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, government-issued ID, address, business details, and payment information. This data is necessary to register your company, open bank accounts, and complete KYC verifications on your behalf.
We also automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, in order to operate and secure our website.
02. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the services you order — submitting filings to government registries, banks, payment processors, and other partners; communicating with you about your orders; processing payments; and complying with legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money-laundering rules.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
03. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the parties required to complete your service: government registries (e.g. Companies House, ACRA, IRS), banks, payment processors, our regulated agents, and service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
We may also share data when legally compelled to do so — for example, in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or government investigation.
04. Data retention
We retain your records for as long as your account is active and for 5–7 years after service completion, as required by anti-money-laundering and tax laws in our operating jurisdictions. After that period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
05. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bizeformations.com from the email address on file. We will respond within 30 days.
06. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze how the site is used, and improve our service. You can control cookies through your browser settings — note that disabling them may affect some features.
07. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your data. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure — please use strong, unique passwords and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
08. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a notice on our website.
